This Code of Conduct (the “Code”) shall apply to all participating Tata companies (including, their employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors) (collectively, the “Vendors”) that conduct any business, directly or indirectly through the Tata Shop Share Smile program. We expect our Vendors to comply with the Tata Code of Conduct, even where the Tata Code of Conduct exceeds the requirements of applicable law.
